How It Works
The Referral Process
Initial Contact
Reach out by phone, email, or through our referral form below. Provide a brief description of your client's situation and housing needs.
Fit Assessment
We will review the referral and assess fit based on our current availability, house expectations, and the safety of our current residents. We respond to all referral inquiries within one business day.
Client Interview
If the initial fit assessment is positive, we will schedule a conversation with the prospective resident to discuss expectations, house rules, and the admissions process.
Admission Decision
We will communicate our admission decision to both the referral partner and the prospective resident. If we are not the right fit, we will do our best to suggest alternative resources.
Move-In & Ongoing Communication
Once admitted, we maintain open communication with referral partners as appropriate and with the resident's consent. We are committed to being a reliable, responsive partner.
