We welcome women who are ready to commit to sobriety, follow house rules, and actively participate in their own recovery. Admission is based on individual fit, safety, available space, and the ability to meet our house expectations. We do not accept every applicant — not because we do not care, but because we are committed to maintaining a safe, stable environment for every woman already in our home.

Women who are committed to sobriety and need a safe, structured, and supportive home environment to sustain their recovery journey. Whether you are newly sober or have been in recovery for some time, Serenity Sisters provides the accountability and community that makes lasting change possible.
Transitioning from Treatment
Women completing inpatient or outpatient treatment programs who need a stable, structured next step before returning to independent living. The transition from treatment to everyday life is one of the most vulnerable moments in recovery — and having the right home environment can make all the difference.
Re-Entry & Justice-Involved Women
Women transitioning from incarceration or court-ordered programs who need structured housing and accountability to rebuild their lives. We work with re-entry programs, probation and parole officers, and case managers to provide a safe, stable housing option for women who are ready to move forward.
Women Transitioning from Homelessness
Women who have experienced housing instability and need a safe, structured environment to stabilize their lives. Serenity Sisters provides not just a roof, but a community and a framework for building the skills and habits that lead to lasting independence.
Veterans
Women veterans who are navigating the challenges of civilian life, recovery, or re-entry and need a supportive, structured housing environment. We honor the service of our veteran residents and are committed to providing a home that meets their unique needs.

Families who are looking for a safe, supervised, and faith-centered housing option for a daughter, sister, mother, or other loved one. We understand how difficult it is to watch someone you love struggle, and we are here to be a trusted resource for families navigating this journey.
Admission
Is Serenity Sisters the Right Fit?
We are committed to maintaining a safe, stable environment for every resident. Admission is based on the following criteria:
- Commitment to complete sobriety from drugs and alcohol
- Willingness to follow all house rules and expectations
- Ability to pay program fees or demonstrate a plan to do so
- Willingness to pursue employment, education, or a structured recovery program
- No history of violent behavior that would pose a risk to other residents
- Genuine commitment to personal growth and community participation
Admission is not guaranteed and is subject to available space, individual assessment, and the safety of our current residents. We encourage all prospective residents and referral partners to contact us to discuss fit before submitting a formal application.

We work closely with treatment centers, case managers, probation and parole officers, re-entry programs, veterans organizations, and social service agencies throughout the Albuquerque area. If you are a referral partner looking for a safe, structured housing option for a client, we invite you to reach out directly. We respond to all referral inquiries within one business day.
